About Us :

Twitch is the world's biggest live streaming service, with global communities built around gaming, entertainment, music, sports, cooking, and more. It is where thousands of communities come together for whatever, every day.

We're about community, inside and out. You'll find coworkers who are eager to team up, collaborate, and smash (or elegantly solve) problems together. You Will:

• Own end-to-end program management of the Engagement portfolio, including the New Employee Experience, Tenure Recognition, the Mentorship Program, and Twitch Clubs

• Project manage Twitch's company-wide listening mechanism, the annual Purple Pulse Engagement Survey, end to end.

• Keep a distributed workforce informed and aligned by producing the bi-weekly Staff Brief and Manager Monthly newsletters, and maintaining Twitch's Role Guideline Repository on ServiceNow.

• Modernize the portfolio, evolving the new employee experience, recognition, and mentorship programs and scaling delivery through AI-enabled automation
