The role

Individual Contributor JD:

We are looking for a motivated Channel Partner professional to help grow and manage our partner ecosystem by identifying, onboarding, and enabling partners for long-term success. This role will focus on building strong relationships with resellers, managed service providers (MSPs), and regional partners to drive customer adoption and revenue growth.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing cloud software company, gain exposure to a high-impact ecosystem role, and contribute directly to Datadog’s growth across the region.

At Datadog, we value our office culture — the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to support regional growth

• Enable and support existing partners through training, account alignment, and co-selling activities

• Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with partners

• Collaborate with Datadog sales teams to identify and drive partner-influenced opportunities

• Coordinate partner activities including enablement sessions, pipeline reviews, and joint account planning

• Support marketing and demand generation activities with partners

• Track partner performance, pipeline contribution, and engagement metrics

• Help drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth across the region

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within a technology or SaaS company

• Experience working with resellers, MSPs, or regional channel partners

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and cross-functional teams
