About the team
The Financial Connections team sources, develops, and manages relationships with our most critical financial institutions, banking, and ecosystem partners. Our team drives the expansion of Stripe's merchant and consumer offerings by building partnerships with the leading companies in these areas. Our team executes on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with these partners across new product initiatives. These partnerships have a significant impact on Stripe and the products used by millions of our users.
What you’ll do
We are looking for a Partner Development Manager who will be responsible for driving our open banking partnership strategy and executing partnerships with top financial institutions in support of Stripe's Financial Connections business (stripe.com/financial-connections). You will focus on growing our portfolio of partners with the largest banks and credit unions in the US, expanding Stripe's direct connectivity coverage to ensure consumers have seamless access to their financial data. You will own end-to-end deal strategy and execution—from sourcing and qualification through negotiation and launch—with many of the top financial institutions across North America.
