Requirements

What You’ll Do:: Lead day-to-day execution of packaging initiatives from concept through implementation. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Pharmacy Operations, Product Development, Corporate Quality, Brand, Product Marketing, Sourcing, Supply Planning, and external partners. Identify packaging improvement opportunities and develop data-driven business cases and tradeoff recommendations for leadership review. Manage packaging testing, validation, artwork change control, and implementation activities to ensure successful execution. Establish and maintain packaging documentation, specifications, and other governance processes that improve consistency and scalability. Identify and evaluate packaging improvement opportunities, developing business cases and recommendations based on operational, financial, and patient impact. Partner with external packaging suppliers, testing laboratories, and engineering partners to develop, validate, and implement packaging solutions. What You’ll Bring to the Team:: 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs or projects in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, product commercialization, packaging, or a related field. Experience working with packaging, product commercialization, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer products is required Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives while keeping stakeholders aligned and projects moving forward. Strong program and project management skills with exceptional organization and follow-through. Excellent communication skills with experience presenting recommendations, tradeoffs, and project updates to cross-functional partners and leadership. A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving with the ability to translate data into practical business recommendations.
