ABOUT THE ROLE Skydio is looking for an Operations Program Manager Intern to join our Hardware team and support the development of the next generation of autonomous flight technology. In this role, you will work alongside technical operations program managers and cross-functional partners to help coordinate hardware development programs from early design through testing, manufacturing, launch, and sustaining. You will gain firsthand experience managing complex technical projects, identifying risks, and helping engineering teams stay aligned around critical milestones. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is excited by hardware, robotics, manufacturing, and the challenge of bringing highly complex products to life. HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT - Support cross-functional hardware development programs spanning engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, testing, and other teams. - Help develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, and action-item trackers. - Coordinate engineering builds, test readiness, supplier activities, and other critical product-development efforts. - Track program progress, identify potential risks or blockers, and help ensure issues are communicated to the appropriate stakeholders. - Prepare clear, concise program updates and help keep cross-functional teams aligned around
