Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Automation Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and optimize automated manufacturing assembly and test systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency, enhance product quality, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives through advanced automation technologies. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes. - Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, robotics, and industrial control systems. - Support the installation, commissioning, and validation of new production equipment. - Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost. - Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions. - Develop and maintain electrical schematics, control system documentation, and standard operating procedures. - Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues. - Lead or support capital automation projects from concept through implementation. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ind
