THE OPPORTUNITY:
At Clari + Salesloft, our Manager, Security Engineering and Operations will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a foundational leader within our information security team, tasked with building and leading a world-class group of Security Analysts and Security Engineers. Your mission is to lead the talented analysts who defend our environment (Ops) and the expert engineers who build our security infrastructure (Eng).
We want a "builder"—someone who thrives in high-trust, high-autonomy environments . You will be the primary engine for our defensive strategy, expected to define the "how" once we’ve agreed on the "what." You aren't waiting for a playbook; you are writing it.
