ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and performance-driven Manager, International Events to execute our global live events strategy across Australia, Germany, Canada and the UK. Sitting at the intersection of brand strategy, creative production, and community engagement, this role is responsible for driving the day-to-day planning, resourcing, and execution of our international event roadmap. You will manage end-to-end production, implement guest management strategies, track performance metrics, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every event is amplified globally and executed flawlessly.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Roll out and flawlessly execute the international events roadmap across all active markets, translating high-level strategy into actionable on-site plans

• Coordinate immediate event resourcing, including the sourcing and onboarding of local contractors, production agencies, and catering/venue vendors

• Manage the day-to-day logistics, travel, and scheduling for instructors and talent participating in international activations

• Deliver the physical execution of live events, bringing pre-defined global creative concepts to life in ways that are unique, memorable, and culturally relevant

• Coordinate a dynamic, fast-moving calendar of live activations, including flagship experiences anchored at Peloton Studios London, instructor-led events, brand pop-ups, and community gatherings (including Run Clubs and fitness meetups)

• Implement and manage the tactical workflows for ticketing, RSVP platforms, and invite strategies across diverse target audiences (VIPs, media, influencers, high-value members, and community)

• Lead end-to-end on-site operations including attendee check-in processes, crowd management, venue setup, VIP hospitality workflows, and live troubleshooting, to guarantee seamless execution<
