The Role: Lead, Operations & Growth

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented candidate to join Gemini’s Singapore team, sitting at the intersection of our Singapore operations and growth mandate. The role is designed to align toward a more generalist skillset to broadly support the Singapore business covering the following areas:

• Working with our highest value clients to enable a seamless and world class experience on Gemini

• Owning key processes for the Singapore entity such as outsourcing management

• Leading execution on our local growth efforts and customer reactivations

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Compliance/Legal, and Customer Support teams to achieve the above.
