About The Role We're looking for a Lead GTM Platform Engineer / Architect to lead the design and development of the Skydio GTM platform. This is a hands-on engineering leadership role. We believe the best architects are builders, people who can design elegant systems, write production-quality code, prototype quickly, and mentor other engineers through technical leadership. You'll work directly with executive leadership, product teams, and business stakeholders to solve some of the company's most complex operational challenges. You'll combine software engineering, data architecture, AI, and product thinking to build applications that fundamentally change how our Go-to-Market organization operates. You'll own the technical vision while remaining deeply involved in implementation, helping shape both the architecture and the code that powers our platform.
