The role

The International Tax Director will execute all aspects of international tax including compliance, transfer pricing, and planning. The International Tax Director will manage a team of tax professionals, collaborate with external advisors, and work closely with finance, legal, and business units to support global tax initiatives.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Austin, TX for our hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support IP and tax structure planning to maximize tax efficiency

• Direct global tax compliance

• Direct international quarterly and year-end accounting for income taxes (ASC 740). Direct international tax provisions for foreign statutory financials

• Execute the Company's global transfer pricing strategy and policy including monitoring controlled transactions, transfer prices and adjustments

• Prepare and maintain intercompany agreements and allocations

• Review the tax components of certain customer agreements

• Review business initiatives to determine the tax impact

• Direct corporate international tax research and interpretation

• Manage international tax audits

• Direct post-acquisition integrations

• Work closely with Treasury in managing cash globally

• Coordinate with outside tax consultants and contractors for various tax projects

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, MST or LLM (Taxation) preferred)

Experience:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate tax, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

• Strong compliance and planning experience in a multi-national, multi-entity environment including the areas of: BEAT, GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, OECD Pillar Two, Check the Box Principles, U.S. Tax Treaty Research and Interpretation, Intell
