The Instructional Designer independently creates and updates self-paced courses that are accurate, engaging, and aligned to learner performance objectives. This role applies instructional design methodology to translate content into effective digital learning experiences and manages the full development cycle from storyboarding through LMS publishing. On a daily basis, you will: - Design and develop self-paced eLearning courses from storyboard through final production. - Create engaging course content including scenarios, activities, knowledge checks, and assessments. - Translate source content and SME input into structured, learner-centered course designs. - Update existing courses to reflect process changes, QA findings, and content revisions. - Ensure course design aligns with adult learning principles and organizational standards. - Collaborate with Content Strategists to ensure course content is accurate and up to date. - Partner with SMEs to validate content accuracy and instructional approach. - Coordinate with the Learning & Knowledge Systems Administrator for LMS publishing and configuration. - Incorporate st
