As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for people management of 10+ sales representatives and ensuring profitability for the Angi sales team. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Managing and providing leadership to an inside sales team focusing on individual sales and productivity as well as meeting and being accountable for established weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals - Monitoring proper headcount to meet forecasted goals; Master recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process - Managing sales activities through CRM and resolving daily sales issues related to processing contracts - Monitoring calls and providing written and verbal coaching and mentoring on a daily/weekly basis; Identify and manage strengths and opportunity areas for sales representatives - Plan and execute daily huddles and weekly team meetings, including facilitating team contests - Collecting data, analyzing information, and providing feedback to sales representatives to increase performance, skills, and overall productivity - Effectively communicating and modeling sales tactics, strategies, and closing skills - Monitoring employee timesheets and ensure daily completion, including tracking and appro
