The role
Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, the Head of Revenue Accounting and Order-to-Cash will serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders, with end-to-end responsibility for the strategy, governance, operating model, and performance of MongoDB’s revenue accounting and order-to-cash ecosystem. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role with responsibility for building and developing a global organization while driving transformation across people, process, and systems. The role will modernize infrastructure, automation, and controllership, translate complex accounting matters into clear business decisions for senior leadership and external auditors, and help shape a disciplined, scalable roadmap for MongoDB’s next phase of growth.
We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in San Francisco, CA or Palo Alto, CA for our hybrid working model.
