POSITION OBJECTIVE The Hardware Configuration Specialist independently performs hardware setup, software loading, and firmware updates to ensure devices are deployment-ready. This role maintains inventory accuracy, meets configuration quality standards, and helps identify process improvements that keep operations running smoothly. RESPONSIBILITIES - Configure and update hardware to meet specifications for deployment. - Maintain 99%+ accuracy in configuration, serial number tracking, and documentation. - Identify and quarantine DOA or unconfigurable hardware and report findings. - Ensure proper bin placement and labeling for configured equipment. - Conduct QA checks to verify firmware and software accuracy before release. - Collaborate with shipping and deployment teams to meet order timelines. - Suggest improvements that reduce configuration errors or lead times. - Deliver high-quality, accurate work and outcomes by consistently adhering to documented processes, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and checklists. - Review and verify outcomes before submission to maintain co
