The role

THE ROLE Ashby's GTM engine runs on a set of interconnected systems. Keeping them accurate, efficient, and trusted is the foundation everything else is built on. As our GTM Systems Analyst, you'll own the daily maintenance and configuration of technical layer that powers our Go-to-Market organization: the CRM configurations, integration architecture, and data quality practices that let our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams move fast with confidence. This role sits within Revenue Operations, the horizontal function that makes the entire GTM system work. You'll be embedded in daily operations (triaging issues, implementing new tooling, and translating business requirements into scalable configurations) while also contributing to longer-term systems strategy as we move up-market and expand our product suite. WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS NOW We're in an active expansion phase: new products, new segments, new GTM motions. Our systems need to keep pace. The person in this role will shape how we build the technical foundation for the next chapter of Ashby's growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO - System Administration: Own the day-to-day health of our core GTM platforms. You'll manage configuration, user permissions, custom objects, and workflow automation across our CRM stack — making sure the systems actually reflect how our teams work, not just how they were set up two years ago. - Integration Support: Maintain clean data flows across our GTM toolset ( including intent data, conversation intelligence, and sales engagement platforms). You'll be the person who knows how signals travel between systems and why, and who makes sure they're flowing reliably. - Data Governance: Enforce standards for data quality, deduplication, and field taxonomy. Revenue reporting and forecasting are only as good as the data underneath them, along with our GTM Engineers and our System Architect, you'll build the infrastructure of trust that makes those outputs credible. - Stakeholder Support: Be the go-t
