Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Serve as the Strategy and Operations partner to support the part of our business focused on world class Agent Development for and with our Customers across the APAC region - Assist our Agent Development team with the planning, organisation and trade offs required to optimise the weekly deployment of multi disciplinary resources across different customers, agent builds and countries, including the timely and accurate maintenance of key systems that provide transparency and help the business make better decisions - Help define and scale the playbook for how Sierra designs, builds, evaluates, launches AI agents at large enterprises, including some of the less obvious areas needed to attend to the needs of these customers in each s
