ABOUT THE GROWTH MARKETING TEAM The Growth Marketing team at Thumbtack is an important lever of growth for the company, responsible for acquiring and retaining pros and consumers on Thumbtack via SEO, SEM, paid acquisition, and customer engagement channels. The Growth Marketing team is embedded in a larger highly cross-functional Growth org with Engineering, PM, and Analytics resources to help support its efforts. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Marketing Ops Associate who is excited to build out impactful marketing campaigns while developing their technical skills in working with automated marketing tools. As part of the Growth Marketing team, you'll be centrally involved in engagement and sales marketing operations – focused on implementation and execution of email, push and in-app campaigns. Our team's scope is increasing this year as we start to support the full integrated marketing team so we expect there may be opportunities for this role to take on tasks outside of what is directly described below. We are looking for someone eager to help design, build, and operate world-class marketing programs.
