The Problems You'll Solve

At Carta, our employees set out on a mission to unlock the power of equity ownership for more people in more places. We believe that the problems we solve today unlock the opportunities of tomorrow. As a Junior Funds Paralegal, you'll work to:

• Prepare initial drafts of LP transfer documents (transfer agreements, consents, subscription agreements)

• Liaise with transfer parties on process and timings, and assist with execution workflows

• Work closely with lawyers and senior paralegals, contributing to high-quality client delivery across fast-moving, high-volume matters

• Build commercial and legal expertise over time, with opportunities to take ownership of client accounts and progress towards qualification as a practicing legal professional.
