What is The Role

We are looking for an exceptional FP&A Manager, Professional Services and Partner Support to join our finance team, partnering with the field and sales operations teams.

You will be a key member of our FP&A function, reporting to the Director of Finance, driving our FP&A activities in an extremely fast-growing, dynamic, distributed software company. This is a high-profile global role with senior-level visibility. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in one of the most exciting software companies around.

What You Will Be Doing

• Play an integral role in managing/forecasting our professional services and sales partner organizations. Drive appropriate behavior within the organizations around planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a global environment

• Collaborate and drive the budgeting process ensuring realistic alignment on aggressive growth plans with a focus on execution and achievable objectives

• Partner with sales, services, sales operations and finance teams creating and managing short and long term KPIs, forecasts, and business/Go To Market models

• You will be responsible for the planning and forecasting of our professional services and sales partner organizations
