About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.

You'll be the key Anthropic tax technology technical resource building and hardening the tax-specific tooling and audit-ready evidence pipelines that allow the function to keep pace as the business grows.
This role is expected to take on more ambitious projects over time, including using Claude to automate tax work end to end and building internal products that are both high impact and seamless to use for the Tax team.
