About the Role

Mixpanel is growing in Europe. We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own our go-to-market presence in the DACH region, translating what works in our core markets into programs that resonate locally, in German.

You'll be the person who bridges our London-based marketing team and the German-speaking market: running events, supporting multi-channel campaigns and making sure DACH buyers hear from us in a way that feels native, not translated. How This Role Fits the Organization

This role sits within EMEA regional marketing, reporting directly to the Head of EMEA Marketing. You'll work closely with cross-functional and cross-regional partners, particularly the DACH commercial team and central marketing functions.

The DACH commercial team owns pipeline and revenue relationships in the market. This role works alongside them day to day, sharing campaign briefs, aligning on upcoming programs, and making sure marketing activity converts into pipeline that actually gets worked.

On the central marketing side, this role partners closely with marketing operations, who own campaign setup, lead routing, and success measurement, to ensure
