We are seeking an Executive Business Partner who is an organized, motivated individual to provide attentive, intuitive, and proactive support to our CFO, General Counsel and Senior Engineering Leader. A typical day can include: balancing calendars, working with Strava’s leadership team to balance priorities, arranging travel and events, arranging external meetings, managing expenses, and partnering with other Executive Business Partners to help across a range of projects and events. This is an in-office role based in our San Francisco office. What You’ll Do: - Manage the Executive’s complex calendar and scheduling needs - Partner with senior leaders in their department to balance and prioritize initiatives, drive completion of key deliverables, and follow up on outstanding items - Prepare meeting materials and coordinate logistics - Effectively answer inquiries of executive leadership and stakeholders and interact effectively with them by phone, in writing, and in person - Be a problem solver while supporting our excellent company culture - Coordinate and arrange travel (e.g., internatio
