Executive Assistant to C-Suite

The Executive Assistant to the C-Suite is a trusted strategic partner who helps leadership operate at maximum effectiveness. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and requires exceptional judgment, discretion, anticipation, and the ability to manage complexity with precision. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and brings a builder mindset, strong ownership, and a desire to make an impact. C-suite executive assistant roles typically center on high-level calendar management, communications, travel, and project coordination.

Reporting to SingleStore’s leaders, this role will support a broad range of responsibilities, including executive calendar and travel management, internal and external communications, event coordination, and select project management. You will work closely with senior leaders, direct reports, and external stakeholders to help drive the rhythm and execution of key priorities. Effective executive support in this setting depends on proactive coordination, clear communication, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. This role is best suited for someone who can operate as a true partner to leadership, not just an administrator. The strongest candidates will be calm under pressure, polished with stakeholders, and confident handling both business-critical and sensitive support needs, while balancing structure with flexibility in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience, ideally supporting a C-level executive.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity.

• High discretion and comfort handling confidential information.
