The Team:
Value Engineering operates at the heart of Celonis, bridging the gap between our Go-to-Market strategy, our Product roadmap, and our customers' realized value. In Financial Services, our team comprises a blend of Industry Executives, Technical Principals, and Value Engineers dedicated to transforming the operating models of the world's largest Banks, Insurers, and Asset Managers.
The Role:
As the Director of Value Engineering (FSI) , you will lead the Financial Services practice for North America. You will serve as the strategic leader for the vertical, partnering with Sales Leadership to define the regional value agenda and orchestrating a multi-disciplinary team to drive end-to-end customer value journeys.
You will lead a diverse organization—ranging from strategic Industry Partners to technical execution teams—to translate high-level institutional goals (e.g., Capital Efficiency, Operational Resilience, Combined Ratio optimization) into realized P&L impact. You will serve as the Executive Sponsor for our most strategic accounts, ensuring Celonis is embedded as the default transform
