The role

LIFE AT UIPATH The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power. To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose. Could that be you? You will be deep in the product: testing, prototyping with coding agents, talking to customers and FDEs, and turning what you learn into crisp direction for the engineers building it. Influence, not headcount, will your default leverage. Your north star will be enterprise trust translating into adoption: governance strict enough for the most regulated customers, and frictionless enough that builders don't route around it. WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH - Own the multi-year vision for identity, auth, and access governance across UiPath's agentic platform. - Evolve how identity (for agents, robots and humans) works at UiPath (provisioning, scoping, delegation, attestation, rotation, revocation) and set the patterns the rest of the platform builds on. - Drive the auth model for tool-calling and MCP: scoped consent, least-privilege execution, and audit trails that hold up in front of a compliance team. - Partner with the largest and most regulated customers (financ
