WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB You will lead the team that builds and evolves the foundational cloud infrastructure layer for every Redis product. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will set technical direction, grow a world-class platform engineering team in Vancouver, and directly shape how Redis provisions, scales, operates, and observes infrastructure at global production scale across AWS and GCP. You will combine strategic leadership with meaningful technical depth. You will champion the thoughtful, opinionated use of LLMs and AI-assisted development tools across the entire engineering lifecycle while maintaining uncompromising standards of system reliability, security, and code quality. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Provide technical and people leadership for the Cloud Platform Engineering team.
