The role

Toast creates technology to help restaurants and local businesses succeed in a digital world, helping business owners operate, increase sales, engage customers, and keep employees happy.

Toast is the all-in-one restaurant technology platform built for the demands of the restaurant and hospitality industries. From independent operators to global enterprise chains with thousands of locations, Toast powers the full guest and operator experience — point of sale, kitchen display, payroll, analytics, and beyond. We serve over 160,000 restaurant locations and are growing rapidly in the enterprise and international segments.

Our Enterprise segment partners with the world's largest restaurant and hospitality brands to modernize their technology stack and deliver the operational intelligence they need to run complex, multi-location operations at scale. Our Bengaluru R&D hub is a first-class part of that story

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to own and drive consequential charters within Toast Enterprise Core Platform. This is not a contributing role — it is full charter ownership, end-to-end. At this level, you are expected to operate with the scope and strategic impact while remaining deeply hands-on with the product. You will be based in Bengaluru and embedded in our India R&D organization, with meaningful partnership with product, engineering, go-to-market, and customer teams across the company.

Toast's largest enterprise customers require features that cut across multiple engineering codebases — features that no single platform team owns end-to-end. The Away Team exists to build those features: shipping enterprise capabilities inside codebases owned by other Toast teams, on behalf of customers whose operational requirements don't fit neatly into any single away team's roadmap.

This is a cross-cutting, complex, and high-leverage product charter critical to our success. Full charter ownership here m
