The Director of Large Pro Operations will lead a team of Senior Managers (and their workstreams) while also personally owning the highest-stakes strategic priorities for our largest pro partners. You'll set the strategic agenda for the function, build the frameworks your team uses to structure problems, and be the connective tissue between Sales, Account Management, Product, Operations, Analytics, and senior leadership. You will report to the SVP of Large Pro and serve as a critical thought partner at the leadership table — translating ambiguous, high-level priorities into a clear strategic roadmap, and executing on those quickly and effectively. You'll be expected to know our Large Pros and their needs as well as the operational teams that support them inside and out, and to build a team that operates the same way. This role is both a builder and a coach: roughly half your time will go to owning strategic initiatives directly, and half to developing, unblocking, and setting direction for the Senior Managers who report to you.
