Snowflake's Frontier Engineering (FE) Operations organization is seeking a Director, Execution Operations to run delivery at scale. Rather than operating in team-aligned silos, this function aligns to the entire business, specializing in a unique swimlane with a deep cross-functional mindset and flow. In short: this team runs delivery — think execution at scale. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Services Global Operations, you will own the end-to-end delivery operations engine — from resourcing and onboarding through ongoing capacity management — as well as the Execution mechanics that keep delivery healthy, including pricing execution, bookings support, and deal support. You will lead a team responsible for making the delivery business run with precision, predictability, and margin discipline. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: - Own Resource Management & Staffing: Lead resource management and staffing across the FE delivery business, ensuring the right people are matched to the right engagements at the right time. - Drive Delivery Process Optimization: Continuously optimize delivery processes, removing friction and standardizing workflows so teams can execute consistently at scale. - Lead Project Kickoff & Onboarding: Own project kickoff and onboarding — the backend project initiation
