As a Derivative Sales Analyst on the Institutional team, you'll own and grow relationships with Coinbase's top VIP derivatives traders, driving volume across futures, options, and perpetuals. You'll source new high-value traders from competitor venues, re-engage dormant accounts, and bring structured market and client insights back to Product, Risk, and Marketing to shape Coinbase Advanced trading offerings.

What you'll do:

• Own and grow relationships with top VIP derivatives traders on Coinbase, driving increased trading volume, deepening engagement, and expanding adoption of advanced trading products.

• Source and convert new high-value derivatives traders from competitor venues through targeted outbound campaigns, market positioning, and relationship-building.

• Monitor derivatives market structure, client flows, and competitor offerings to identify upsell opportunities, inform pricing and product feedback, and deliver structured insights to Product, Risk, and Marketing.

• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast for your book, reporting on key KPIs (volum
