ROLE OVERVIEW Harvey is hiring a Corporate Counsel to play a critical role during a period of rapid growth. You’ll work closely on complex, high-impact corporate matters (including M&A, securities, corporate governance, and entity management) while maintaining the versatility to support the full breadth of corporate legal needs. This role is ideal for someone who can own and drive work streams, design scalable legal processes from the ground up, and partner cross-functionally to enable business growth.
