The Role Managed Services are provided to our R&D customers after they go live with Veeva applications. We aim to be our customers' trusted partners and ensure they leverage the additional value Veeva applications offer. Our Managed Services Team comprises +90 consultants in Europe, of which +15 are in the Regulatory Team. Requirements
What You'll Do: Help to keep up to date and implement new features within the Veeva Regulatory suite Work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand their requirements Think critically to help design the solution your customers request as well as the solution they have not requested but may need Act as customer liaison, managing communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on the holistic success of the customer Drive change management methodology for our customers switching from on-premises to SaaS solutions Requirements: Experience with configuring/supporting/implementing software solutions, ideally content management software or experience in the Life Sciences industry with exposure to Regulatory Affairs Management and an affinity for technology Experience in working in a Consulting or Customer facing role, managing customer expectations, difficult conversations, running presentations or demos, and guiding and leading your customer Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English At least a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or similar fields This is a remote, full-time role with Veeva. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in Poland.
