In this role, you’ll pair meticulous legal drafting and deft negotiation skills with top-notch project management to execute strategic commercial agreements for teammates across all departments. We’re looking for someone excited about providing commercial support to further our mission of connecting the world through movement. You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders, users, our community, and vendors. Come join a low-ego, high-impact in-house legal function, where you’ll report to Strava’s Deputy General Counsel, Corporate and Commercial. We follow a flexible hybrid model that translates to more than half of your time on-site in our San Francisco or New York office — three days per week. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Be responsible for providing practical day-to-day commercial legal support to the Strava for Business https://partners.strava.com/business team, including negotiation of our sponsored challenge https://www.strava.com/challenges agreements. - Support cross-functional teams on negotiation of a wide variety of vendor, partnership, consulting, data protection, API and licensing agreements. - Develop and maintain enablement materials including legal playbooks, FAQs, training, and self-service materials for our cross-functional partners.
