About the role: We are looking for a highly skilled Business Systems Manager who serves as the business and technical leader of the Skydio’s NetSuite ERP environment, ensuring the platform effectively supports operational excellence, financial integrity, supply chain execution, and continued business growth. This role partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Information Technology to optimize business processes, drive system enhancements, manage ERP integrations, and deliver scalable technology solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making across the organization. How you’ll make an impact: - Serve as the technical expert and administrator of the Company's enterprise systems (NetSuite ERP, Coupa, Ramp, etc.), ensuring system stability, reliability, security, and performance. - Configure, maintain, and continuously improve NetSuite modules supporting inventory, procurement, manufacturing, planning, warehousing, order fulfillment, shipping, and finance. - Design, configure, and maintain workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, custom fields, scripts, and automation that improve business efficiency and user experience. - Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, module deployments, testing, and system enhancements from design through production deployment.
