Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace. We're looking for a mid-Senior level Brand Designer based in Singapore — and Sierra's first brand design hire in APAC. Reporting to the Head of Brand Design, you'll be part of the central brand design team, collaboratively defining the Sierra brand while serving as the creative anchor for the region. You'll partner closely with regional Marketing leads and the Go-To-Market team to localize sales presentations, campaigns, support events, and produce work that feels globally consistent and locally resonant.
