Requirements
What you'll do:: Deliver excellent customer service while supporting employees across multiple locations. Provide day-to-day technical support for endpoint and user systems across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment for end users. Deliver white-glove support for executive users, executive assistants, board-related activities, and visiting leaders with a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and discretion. Support conference room, collaboration, and meeting technology for executive meetings, leadership reviews, and other high-visibility events. Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls through Active Directory and Azure AD in accordance with established security and compliance requirements. Support endpoint management and security controls to maintain a secure and compliant computing environment. Perform local IT asset lifecycle activities, including device provisioning, deployment, inventory tracking, maintenance, refresh coordination, and secure decommissioning. Maintain accurate asset records and software licensing information using IT service management and asset management tools. Respond to and resolve service requests and technical incidents in a timely manner, escalating more complex issues through established support paths. Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base content. Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to support enterprise IT operations and coordinated issue resolution. Participate in planned maintenance activities and support occasional after-hours or on-call responsibilities as required.
