To excel as a Talent sourcer at Elastic , you need a blend of high-level technical curiosity and the gravitas of a Go To Market Expert. Because Elastic isn't just a "product" but a versatile search, observability, and security platform.

We are seeking a Talent Sourcer with a strong track record in. As a Talent Sourcer, you will have the freedom to invent sourcing strategies to find the best quality possible in the APJ & EMEA region. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves working with recruitment, candidates and senior stakeholders in the complete region

What You Will Be Doing

• Strategic Partnership: Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to deeply understand the requirements and nuances of roles across GTM – Management - Services

• Full-Spectrum Sourcing: Build robust talent pipelines across multiple business units, maintaining the flexibility to shift focus based on evolving regional priorities

• Engagement & Outreach: Utilise tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter to develop
