Lead compliant global trade operations as an Associate Manager, Customs in EMEA.

The opportunity:

The Customs team at Flexport is critical to our mission of making global trade easier for everyone. As an Associate Manager, Customs in the Netherlands, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for ensuring the seamless and compliant movement of goods across borders. You will work closely with clients, carriers, and internal operations teams, navigating the complexities of customs regulations specific to the EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to drive significant impact, optimize processes, and mentor a team, all while solving real-world challenges in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry.

You will:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customs Specialists, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

• Oversee daily customs brokerage operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strict adherence to EMEA customs regulations.
