Join Peloton’s Music Supervision team at our NYC headquarters as an Assistant reporting to the Sr. Manager, Music Supervision (North America). You will play a vital role in driving music discovery, curation, and compliance across all fitness modalities—fueling the soundtrack that inspires millions of members worldwide.

• Conduct publishing and label audits to determine music rights for featured artists and playlists
• Coordinate artist/label visits, music playbacks, and partner meetings at Peloton HQ; manage team calendars, document key partner discussions, and stay on the pulse of music industry trends

• Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive, forward-thinking approach to managing tight deadlines, complex workflows, and calendars in a fast-paced environment
• An independent problem-solver with basic design skills (Photoshop/Canva), an eye for detail, and a deep passion for music, pop culture, health, and fitness
• Outstanding communication skills, a team-first mindset, and full alignment with Peloton’s #TogetherWeGoFar ethos
