The Opportunity
This is a launchpad role for recent graduates who want to lead people and operations from day one. You'll join the team at our established San Bernardino fulfillment center — stepping into a people-leader role on the operating floor, managing a team and a process, and building the foundation of a career in operations leadership.
No prior warehouse or management experience is required — we provide structured training. What matters most is that you've led before: on a team, in a club, on campus, in the military, or in a part-time job — and that you're excited to keep developing that skill in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where you'll help shape how Flexport moves global trade forward.
This role is onsite in Phillipsburg, NJ.
