ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER

As a member of the Texas Construction Projects team, you will work with a group of elite engineers and specialists across multiple disciplines to design, build, and activate infrastructure for a variety of projects at the SpaceX McGregor Campus. This role is responsible for the design, build, and activation of infrastructure, facilities improvements and large capital projects. You will have the opportunity to drive positive change in a fast-paced and low-drag environment. This includes owning tasks/projects from start to finish, with the goal of making the SpaceX campus a world-class facility that can support the mission of enabling life beyond Earth. This position is based in McGregor, Texas (Waco area).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates with stake holders to build small to large capital projects across the site, including managing all phases of the project from planning to final delivery

• Uses architecture/engineering knowledge to expedite the design process and solve for conflicts during construction

• Write and manage construction contracts with subcontractors across multiple disciplines through contract close-out

• Perform project control tasks, including project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control

• Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real time
