The Role:

The Account Manager leads a portfolio of restaurants and is responsible for the full customer lifecycle. From bringing the restaurants on to the OpenTable network to supporting them on how to use and get the most from being an OpenTable customer!

This position is hybrid , with you working 40% remotely from home & 60% traveling domestically. (these percentages are an average)

This role requires you to be a native German speaker as well as have English language proficiency

In this Role you will:

Nurture and build upon existing high-level relationships to serve as a trusted advisor to restaurants

Act as an advocate for restaurant customers and resolve cross-functional issues

Act as the high-level point of contact for restaurant customer concerns

Assist restaurant management with configuration to optimise reservation flow

Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities to upsell Marketing assets to restaurants.

Achieve company goals and sales objectives set quarterly
